On the 22nd of October 13 altar servers from St Wilfrid’s and 1 altar server from St George’s went to Arundel Cathedral for an Altar Servers mass. All in all there were 140-150 altar servers from all over East Sussex going to this mass. Marin and Vrasha, (two altar servers from St Wilfrid’s Church) were enrolled into the Guild of St. Stephen, along with eight or so others, by Bishop Kieran. After the mass we had photographs taken with the Bishop and an altar server from the Arundel parish.  Then we went to Pizza Express down the road, where the majority had pizza but some preferred pasta. Then we travelled the hour or so journey back, with some events like a car crash and a car on fire, (but luckily all the people were okay) that we went past.  It was a fun day out for both altar servers and the rest of the family as well.
