A Healing Mass was held at St. George’s  Church on the 3^rd of July.  It was well attended from both communities, numbering well over 60.
Father Rory first performed the laying on of hands, going from person to person where they sat, followed by the anointing with oil.  It was a very touching service and appreciated by all.  Music was played quietly during this part of the Healing Service before the celebration of the Mass.
After mass a lovely tea was enjoyed by all,  thanks to the wonderful people who gave of their time and energy providing and preparing the tables and goodies.

It is always great when our two communities come together at any time, but even more so on such a wonderful occasion.
